Use of Craft Beer Passport Terms & Conditions:

This Craft Beer Passport (hereto referred to as ‘CBP’) is the property of Craft Beer Passport UK and is subject to the following terms and conditions:

CBPs can be redeemed for an in-store purchase of your choice of one 379ml glass of beer for £2 (inclusive of applicable taxes) on offer at the participating bars listed on that CBP. CBPs must be presented at the time and site of purchase. CBPs may be used only once at each bar and may not be duplicated or photocopied. CBPs are limited to one per person per visit; establishments reserve the right to decline any person they believe to have already used a CBP at their establishment that day. Further, CBPs are not redeemable for food, additional drinks or any other products offered at participating bars. CBPs have no cash value after purchase and cannot be redeemed for cash or credit. CBPs are non-refundable.

CBPs may not be combined with any other coupon or employee discount. The CBP is valid from June 1, 2019-December 31st, 2019 inclusive. Craft Beer Passport UK is not responsible for any CBPs which have not been fully redeemed by the expiration date above. Failure to use a CBP by any expiration date hereon shall result in the forfeiture of such CBP. The CBP will not be replaced if lost or stolen. In the case of fraud, misrepresentation, abuse or violation of these terms and conditions, Craft Beer Passport UK reserves the right to cancel your CBP and take all available legal or administrative action.

Craft Beer Passport UK is not responsible for any damage or loss, including loss of life, resulting from the use or intended use of the CBP.

This product is intended for people above the legal drinking age (Licensing Act 2003 England and Wales) . If you are underage, you will not be able to redeem your discounted craft beer at these establishments.

Participating Establishments:

Craft Beer Passport UK does not explicitly or implicitly endorse or approve any products, content, information or services offered by participating establishments via the CBP. Craft Beer Passport UK makes no guarantee or endorsement for any of the drinks offered or services provided by any of the participating establishments. Further, Craft Beer Passport UK will not be held liable for any participating establishments which fail to honour the CBP because they have declared bankruptcy or have sold their business. Craft Beer Passport UK specifically Disclaims any liability with regard to the participating establishments and the products and services they provide.
